Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase as all sales are final. Due to the unique nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist.
What are your payment options?
Major credit cards are accepted. E-transfer is also accepted. If you would like to pay via e-transfer please DM or email us to purchase!
Shipping & Pickup
Can I do order pickup & save on shipping?
Yes! Simply message us via Instagram or email to reserve your item & we will gladly set up a pickup time for you. We also offer free delivery in the Durham Region only.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. If you're outside these areas and are interested in our products, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary based on the size of your order and your location and will be calculated at checkout. If you wish to save on shipping, DM or email us and we can arrange pickup / drop off depending on location.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress.
